Kalixbo Released: Murder Charge Should Be Dismissed

The man suspected of a knife murder in Kalix walked free after his trial wrapped up. That is not the end of it, though — prosecutor Anna Väppling is pushing hard for a conviction and wants to see him sentenced to 18 years in prison. “The incident occurred in an exceptionally cold and brutal manner,” she said, making clear she views the crime as anything but ordinary.
