The Environment and Development Council of Hafnarfjarðarbær has formally asked the Road Administration to run a trial with light control at the roundabout where Reykjanesbraut meets Lækjargatu. The move is aimed at making it easier for Hafnarfjörður residents to get between districts — a stretch of road that has apparently become something of a bottleneck for local traffic.
